1996 Paris–Roubaix

The 1996 Paris–Roubaix was the 94th running of the Paris–Roubaix single-day cycling race, often known as the ''Hell of the North''. It was held on 14 April 1996 over a distance of . These are the results for the 1996 edition of the Paris–Roubaix cycling classic, in which Johan Museeuw won his first Paris-Roubaix. dominated the race and three riders of this team arrived together to the velodrome in Roubaix. All three were riding Colnago C40 bicycles.
Patrick Lefevere, directeur sportif, got the order by phone that Johan Museeuw won from the Italian office of Mapei’s managing director, Giorgio Squinzi.
This race had the fastest average speed (43.31 km/h) since Paris–Roubaix moved to the more difficult easterly route in 1968.
